Professor Minoti Apte (Sydney, AU) was honored at the recent Falk Foundation Symposium “Advances in Hepatology – from Mechanistic Insights to Novel Therapeutic Concepts” for her groundbreaking and sustained constributions to pancreas research.

Her achievements reflect the values of international collaboration and knowledge exchange that the Falk Foundation continues to promote – upholding the legacy of Dr. Dr. Herbert Falk.

The international Herbert Falk Award of the Falk Foundation has been presented since 2010 and promotes outstanding international research achievements in the fields of gastroenterology and hepatology.
